Experience
I have been buying and selling homes for over 20 years and am currently licensed as a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Professional. I also have a professional relationship with Washington University, School of Engineering and live in the Central West End. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Maryland House Condominium Association and own three units in the building. My 17 previous years of Safety Engineering at Underwriters Laboratories enable me to have a broad perspective and understanding of laws, rules and following procedures. I follow the same approach with real estate by following a legal process, doing the math up front and creating a step by step approach to simplify the process for my clients. Knowledge is power and I believe in supporting my clients by providing them with the knowledge they need to make wise decisions. Having lived in New York, Toronto, Chicago and Florida and now settled in St. Louis, I compare the real estate markets and lifestyles with an eye on the economy as well as culture.

With 35 years of experience as a professional flautist, I have performed at the Kemper Art Museum for international dignitaries; The Sheldon with popular jazz singer, Mae Wheeler; The Cathedral Basilica with organist and music director, Dr. John Romeri; The Robert E. Lee Dinner Boat with popular local harpist Terri Langerak; and The Ritz Carlton with jazz keyboardist, Pauline Stark. Culture is extremely important to complete my lifestyle. St. Louis offers both economic affordability as well as a strong foundation in the arts.
