Counseling agents in their transactions to help them successfully bring transactions to a close.Sold over 15 million in real estate in my career. Successfully created and managed my own real estate company using a controlled growth of agents. Devised training system for new agents allowing all newly licensed agents to successfully work toward a property closing within the first two months of their career Maintained my agents with only a 15% attrition rate throughout my management.
